Morning Preparations
The day begins at 6:30 AM when I arrive at the service dispatch center to review the day’s appointments. After checking my fully-stocked service van and completing the morning checklist, I grab my work tablet showing today’s maintenance and repair calls throughout Franklin.
First Service Call
By 8 AM, I’m at the first home of the day. A customer’s air conditioning system isn’t cooling properly – a common issue during our peak summer season. After performing diagnostics, I identify a failing capacitor and refrigerant that needs topping off. I always take time to explain the issues and solutions to homeowners.
What We Typically Handle
A typical day at Perfection Contracting includes:

Afternoon Rush
Lunch breaks are flexible, usually between service calls. The afternoon often brings emergency calls, especially during extreme weather. Today, I’m helping three different households restore their cooling systems before the afternoon heat peaks.
End of Day
Before heading back to headquarters, I ensure all paperwork is complete and parts inventory is logged. Customer satisfaction is our priority, so I follow up with each client from today’s visits to ensure their systems are running smoothly.
